We at Flawlessify have formulated each product to deliver best possible results. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds / returns only in following cases:
You received a wrong shipment
You received a damaged product
You received an expired product
In any of the above case, please raise a return request within 2 (two) days from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at info@flawlessify.in
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 2days from the time of delivery of the product.
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
We will not be able to return your products in the following cases:
• Opened/ used/ altered products
• Original packaging (Bags, labels, etc.) missing
• The return/ refund request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we can not cancel the order.
